Here is a picture of Kennedy's spinal marking when she was almost 2 months old. It was on her low spine. I'm trying to be somewhat discreet in the picture. She was born with this marking. This picture may serve as a good reference to other parents researching TCS.
Thank you for posting the pics and putting all this information on the page! My daughter Lauren was born July 1 2012 with a similar marking. She had two ultrasounds of her spine and they found her spinal cord is lower than normal. We've seen a urologist that ordered a renal ultrasound which showed she has enlarged kidneys. We see the neurosurgeon next week 10/24/2012 to discuss our next steps. The waiting is the worst and it is especially hard gazing into Lauren's eyes knowing she will be possibly undergoing surgery.
